Serenity had the good fortune to be adopted by Louis on April 25, 2008.

Louis and family have renamed our Serenity as Lexus.

Thank You, Louis, for giving our Serenity such a wonderful new home!

Serenity 's Happy New Life: Lexus is with me a week now and she has added life to the house and to me. She adjusted so fast to her new surroundings and to me, as I did to her as well. The first day or so, she was shy and timid but with love and attention, she took over and made herself right at home. She knows her new name just about and all the neighbors around me, think shes a beauty of a dog, so caring and lovable, as I think the same of course. The best thing I could have done, was to take a rescued pup into my home, they need so much more love and they give even more love in return. Wouldnt give her up even for the Florida Lotto.

Dr. Dog aka Doc had the good fortune to be adopted by on April 03, 2008.

and family have renamed our Dr. Dog aka Doc as Doc.

Thank You, , for giving our Dr. Dog aka Doc such a wonderful new home!

Dr. Dog aka Doc's Happy New Life: We love Doc so much and are having such a good time with him....he's been perfect! The grand babies LOVE him, and he LOVES them. He loves all the dogs in the neighborhood (our neighborhood and my daughter's); One huge dog slobbers so badly when they are playing that I have to wipe Doc off immediately when he gets home! Needless-to-say, we love him, as do our family members and friends, and the grandkids anxiously await going on our walks in the mornings and afternoons. I thought you'd like to see Doc on his very own sofa. When we go to bed now, I tell him to go Nitey-Night and he immediately gets into his bed. Again, thank you and Costal Poodle Rescue!

Zeke had the good fortune to be adopted by William E. on March 03, 2008.

Thank You, William E., for giving our Zeke such a wonderful new home!

Zeke's Happy New Life: No one has ever fit into anyone's home faster than "Zeke" has fit into our's. I believe that it took him about 45 minutes to decide that he had adopted us! He had no idea what we might decide. All he knew was the decision had already been made! He was staying. What a blessing this dog is! We have had many dogs, all of them just great. But this guy tops the list. He is the smartest and nicest of the bunch. You couldn't offer us enough to get us to give him back! Come see us and you will see why!

Benson had the good fortune to be adopted by Stephanie on February 10, 2008.

Stephanie and family have renamed our Benson as Mr. B.

Thank You, Stephanie, for giving our Benson such a wonderful new home!

Benson 's Happy New Life: Although he has to share the house with a very old dog and currently 3 fosters, Mr. B has made it clear that he runs this house. He has the best place in the bed (on the pillow of course) the best place on the couch (on top of the back) and gets to eat first before everyone else. He loves having his new back yard to run around in and of course makes sure he can sit on Mom's lap anytime he wants. Oh and his new Science Diet meals are wonderful.

Kahlua had the good fortune to be adopted by on February 07, 2008.

and family have renamed our Kahlua as Cocoa.

Thank You, , for giving our Kahlua such a wonderful new home!

Kahlua 's Happy New Life: Kahlua was adopted by James.

In November 2007 we lost our beloved 16 year old poodle Toby. We decided that we wanted to adopt a new dog to fill the void in our hearts he left. Thanks to CPR, we were able to find a dog that fit snugly into our household the same way Toby had. Cocoa has been an absolute joy to us, full of kisses and snuggles as he shadows me throughout my workday. I work out of my home mainly, but also have a job where I drive a lot, so Cocoa can be with me nearly all the time. He is an excellent, steadfast companion who always has a kiss for his Daddy and Mommy. Thank you, CPR, for raising Cocoa to be our new best friend!

Preston had the good fortune to be adopted by on February 05, 2008.

Thank You, , for giving our Preston such a wonderful new home!

Preston's Happy New Life: I feel I really got the best of both worlds with Preston. Yes, I kept his name. He is so well mannered and just wants to give lots of love. We take walks at night (after work) and although we are working on our leash skills we have a great time. He likes to chase the squirrels and birds....All I can say is I knew he was my dog when I saw his picture on the site. He has brought so much joy to our lives. I only hope the folks that are thinking about a Rescue Dog really look into it because I couldn't have gotten a better dog companion no matter where I would have looked. It certainly didn't hurt that his Foster Parents really spoiled him rotten with lots of love and treats. My total experience with Coastal Poodle Rescue has been wonderful. CPR wishes a great big 'thanks' to Robbie for adopting Sir Preston!

Thank You, Janet, for giving our Darla such a wonderful new home!

Darla's Happy New Life: One of the joys of fostering is to watch the first meeting of a great family with a dog in need of a forever home. Joanne, Christopher, Logan, and Ryan took to Darla immediately. After one week in her new home, Darla was a member of the family. Darla has caught on to Logan and Ryan's game of chasing a ball. Something Darla probably never had the opportunity to do before. Have a good life Darla!

Thank You, , for giving our Clayton such a wonderful new home!

Clayton's Happy New Life: Clayton's Happy New life: Clayton has been such a great addition to our family. We love him so much!! We can't imagine having a more loving dog. We've only had him about two months but it feels like forever. He is the perfect dog for us. He is so loving, gentle with the best disposition. We call him our snuggle dog as he likes to be touched constantly. He even lets my twin boys pick him up and carry him all over. Bentley (our maltese mix) and Clayton get along great. They became friends on day one. In two weeks time they were fully bonded. We are thankful to both Bentley and Clayton in our lives.

Cosmo2 had the good fortune to be adopted by on September 06, 2007.

and family have renamed our Cosmo2 as Chubby.

Thank You, , for giving our Cosmo2 such a wonderful new home!

Cosmo2's Happy New Life: Cubby (Cosmo) is an energetic addition to our pet family. Every day he amazes us with his loving nature, curiosity, and playfulness with others. He likes to prance outside and jump in the air when he sees someone walking by. He likes to chase his kitty sister, Minx, whenever possible. Every morning he grabs his pink squeaky toy or big red ball to play fetch up and down the stairs. He is very attached to his new mommy and showers her with kisses. Cubby thinks he is the man of the house, but his older brother Wrigley, sometimes has to put him in his place. His other sister, Honey and Sabra, don't mind his flare as long as there is enough room for them to sleep in bed with us. Sorry, but we must get going. We are off to the park in the doggie stroller. All the best, Toni :)

Terri had the good fortune to be adopted by on August 28, 2007.

and family have renamed our Terri as Peaches.

Thank You, , for giving our Terri such a wonderful new home!

Terri's Happy New Life: Adopted by Virginia Heeter--Sebastian. We are discovering new things about her on a daily basis. For instance, she needs a running start to get up on the couches but manages very well. She is not at all afraid of men now. She will run right up to them. She also is my shadow where ever I am. She is quite thrilled to investigate her yard and had her first encounter with some very large gopher turtles that live near us. They travel through our yard daily and munch on my ground cover. She thinks it's great to go nose to nose with them. We have some pictures of her and one of them by the pool. She has now visited the beach house and of course it is as though it has always been hers.
