About Ozzy I'm a sweet, well behaved boy with a phenomenal personality! I'm missing one eye but my personality more than makes up for that! I LOVE attention and get so comfortable when napping that I sleep on my back with all fours in the air.

Ozzy's Ideal Home: I would LOVE a forever home with a young dog to play and wrestle with! If that home had older children that would be a PLUS!
Ozzy's Favorite Things: Plush toys, nylabones to chew on, lots of love and being scratched behind the ears ... these are just a few of my FAVORITE things!
Making Friends with Ozzy: It's very easy to make friends with me...I rarely meet someone that I don't like. Call me over, offer to scratch behind my ears and I will be yours forever! My foster mom calls me her "one-eyed" wonder, saying it's a "wonder that I am such a great dog considering the RUFF life I’ve had". You see, I was a stray and likely got into a dog fight, causing my horribly painful eye injury. Due to life on the streets, I will play "cat and mouse" with you if I slip out the door but always come back. Tell me to "stay" when opening the door and I'll listen very well. I'm very strong and really like to follow scents I find while walking so I must be walked in a sturdy harness with a solid leash. If I happen to find a home with a fenced yard, be sure it is “Ozzy” proof...I'm the master of finding any opening and trying to fit through it, no matter how small.

Current Health: I'm in EXCELLENT health. I had an old eye injury but CPR had that painful, infected eye removed. I'm now in tip-top shape and ready to find my forever home!
Medicines Needed: Monthly Preventatives Only
