IMPORTANT MESSAge - PLEASE READ

Coastal Poodle Rescue is sorry to announce that we will NOT be hosting its annual "Photos with the Scarecrow" event this October at PetSupermarket in Merritt Island. Unfortunately, this year has thrown some major obstacles our way.

Three of our key members who "make this event happen" have recently had major surgeries and are recuperating. One of those three members is facing a second surgery probably in October. The fourth key member had an injury that may well require surgery. This event requires a lot of manpower and strength to get all equipment and supplies loaded, transported, set-up, breakdown, re-loaded and transported again. We just are missing too many key components to make this happen.

Photo events have a major impact on our financial ability to bring in poodles and poodle mixes in need and provide them with required medical needs. Of course, there are the dogs already in rescue who have recurring medical needs. As a 501(c)3 charity, we work solely from donations so being unable to hold the "Photos with the Scarecrow" will impact us. Even though we will not be able to hold the event this year, perhaps you could still make a donation to our Rescue. You can do that through our website, PayPal, or even by mailing a check to our address(Coastal Poodle Rescue, PO Box 121142, Melbourne, FL  32912). Anything and any amount will help.

We do want to assure all of you that we will definitely be hosting our Annual Photos with Tropical Santa event at PetSupermarket December 14th and 15th.

We are so sorry....
